I don't know how the reception staff is keeping me at the reception. I had booked a king size room and when I reached the reception they told me to give a king size but they gave me a twin bed which was given to me by the girl at the reception. I told him that it is king size and she said that it is king size. After reaching the room, she called the reception. This is a twin bed. The girl said, sorry sir, I did not understand!! I had to wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then I had to stay in the same room.
